Before you enter the immersive world of audio stories, please take a moment to read these Terms of Use carefully. These Terms of Use are important as they regulate the relationship between you and Stoira – and as such, affect your legal rights and obligations.
STOIRA TERMS OF USE
Stoira and its affiliates (hereinafter "Stoira", "us", "our", or "we") offer a subscription service with personalized features and functionalities (the "Service") that allow users (hereinafter "you") to access audiobooks, audio stories, and other content (the "Content") made available over the Internet via the Service on compatible internet-accessible devices.
To access our Services, you need an active Stoira account. Upon creating an account, you must agree to these Terms of Use. An active subscription is also required to use the Service. Subscription-specific terms ("Subscription Terms") may apply depending on your chosen subscription plan. Information on subscription plans can be found on Stoira's website.
Your agreement with Stoira is governed by: (i) the information provided during the purchase; and (ii) any Subscription Terms accepted when subscribing. Together, these form the "Agreement."
Stoira provides the Service subject to the terms and conditions in the Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service or access any Content.

1. Age Limit and Account Eligibility
- To be eligible to enter into the Agreement and set up an account or subscription plan with Stoira, you must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have legal authorization to enter this Agreement in the country where the Service is available;
- Reside in the country where the Service is available;
- Provide accurate personal information;
- Provide a valid payment method;
- Agree to adhere to the Agreement.
- Content in "Kids Mode" is filtered for children aged 12 and under, but Stoira cannot guarantee that all unsuitable content is fully filtered. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Service.
2. The Service
- Stoira provides a personalized digital subscription service through which you can stream and/or temporarily download Content for offline listening via compatible devices. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the Agreement.
- The Service requires a compatible device or business partner platform on which the Stoira app or software is installed. The availability of functions may vary across devices. For technical requirements, business partners, and payment methods, visit Stoira's website.
- Stoira updates its application regularly to improve user experience and ensure security. Stoira may require you to update the app to continue using the Service.
- Stoira reserves the right to modify the technical requirements, business partners, or payment methods, and any such changes will be communicated on the Stoira website.
3. Subscription Plans
- Stra offers various subscription plans, which may change over time. Information about the plans is available on Stoira's website.
- The Service provided depends on your subscription plan.
- Stra may, at its discretion, modify or remove existing subscription plans or features. Any significant changes will be communicated, and you will have the option to terminate your subscription if negatively impacted.
4. Content Filters
- Stoira may provide optional content filters, such as "Kids Mode," but the accuracy of these filters depends on information provided by content publishers. Stoira does not guarantee the accuracy of these filters.
- Content in “Kids Mode” is filtered for children aged 12 and under, but Stoira cannot guarantee that all unsuitable content is fully filtered.
5. Free Trial and Other Campaigns
- Your Stoira subscription may start with a free trial or promotional offer. Eligibility for these is determined by Stoira and may be limited to prevent misuse. Only one free trial is allowed per user.
- If you sign up for a Free Trial, you will automatically be transferred to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the first payment.
6. Prices and Payments
- Subscription prices are displayed on Stoira's website and communicated during sign-up. These prices do not include internet or telecommunication fees.
- You may switch between subscription plans at any time. Stoira reserves the right to approve such switches.
- Stra may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. By continuing your subscription, you accept the new price.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance, and no partial refunds are provided once a subscription starts unless otherwise specified.
7. Gift Cards
- Stoira offers different types of gift cards, which may be linked to specific subscription plans. Paid subscriptions will be paused when a gift card is activated.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content and services offered by Stoira are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not receive any ownership rights to the Service or Content. Stoira's trademarks and proprietary content cannot be used without permission.
9. Content and Software License
- Stoira reserves the right to update or remove content to comply with legal, intellectual property, or rights holder requirements. The Content may vary depending on your location or changes made to the catalog.
- Stoira grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access the Service and Content for personal use. Commercial exploitation is prohibited.
- You agree not to copy, reproduce, or redistribute Stoira's Content, circumvent protection systems, or reverse-engineer the Service.
10. Third-party Content and Links
- Stoira is not responsible for third-party content or hyperlinks accessible via the Service.
- The Service may integrate third-party content subject to separate terms. Review their terms and policies accordingly.
11. Duration and Termination
- Unless specified otherwise, the Agreement applies for the duration of your subscription.
- You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time, and it will expire at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your Subscription Terms.
